Cita dedicated herself as a classroom and clinical instructor supervising BS-Nursing students in the Philippines . She migrated to Canada in 2011 with her family, and began working as Resident Care Aide in a seniors’ residential facility. Since then she has set and achieved her goals of becoming an LPN, and then received her certificate in the Return to Registered Nurse Program from Thompson Rivers University in 2017.
Having a great interest in teaching, and a passion for sharing her experiences, she joined Drake Medox College in 2016. She began as a classroom instructor, and now provides guidance as a clinical instructor to HCA students. In her teaching, Cita relies on her own personal journey to train and inspire her students towards achieving their own goals. Her message to her students and those who wish to pursue a better quality of life is “never stop believing in yourself, and always do things to the best of your ability.”
