Dear Readers,

On March 16th, we were honored to host graduation for over 150 Health Care Assistant, Community Support Worker and Activity Assistant graduates and their families and friends. What an amazing celebration for all in attendance!

Our valedictorians Christina and Harsharan shared inspiring messages of their own personal journeys, and how proud they were to achieve this new milestone with their classmates.

Our Commencement speaker was Mr Daniel Fontaine, CEO of BC Care Providers Association. He welcomed our recent graduates to the industry, and reassured everyone that the job demand today is very strong, and will continue to grow in the years ahead.

All indicators are pointing in the same direction….

Community Support Worker Student Daniel Belimac Shares His Experience

We highly regard Community Support Work related schooling/credentials when making hiring decisions. The schooling indicates to us that applicants have some systematic training in the field and are passionate about quality care; this means they are likely to be high performers and stay longer because they fully understand what the job involves. Retention is a huge consideration, those that are likely to stay longer will always be highly sought after as it takes time to build working relationships and relationships with person served.

As you probably are aware by now, most of my recent hires are from your college, and I am very happy with the performance and work ethics of your graduates. They are very responsive, caring and have a solid knowledge by the time they enter the workforce.

Kudos to you and to your organization.

With much respect,

Success Story

I would highly recommend Drake Medox to anyone wishing to pursue a career within the healthcare industry. For those still not convinced, I would strongly advise you to research this for yourself, as I am very confident you too will find Drake Medox offers better value for money compared to others - even some of my colleagues think so having attended more expensive schools.
